Please join us for a conversation with Karen Tani, the Seaman Family University Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
Professor Tani will present on her 2024 Harvard Law Review Foreword, Curation, Narration, Erasure: Power and Possibility at the U.S. Supreme Court. Her Foreword discusses how the Supreme Court’s discretionary choices about which cases to hear and which stories to tell shape the distribution of legal power and concern.
