Join OPIA for a fast-paced, fun, interactive workshop that will help prepare you to succeed in your summer internship. Learn how to seek/receive/digest feedback, clarify expectations from your supervisors, take on challenging assignments without fear, and communicate effectively, professionally, and authentically.

This program will be run by Sheila Heen ‘93, the Thaddeus R. Beal Professor of Practice, and Deputy Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project.
