Few areas of Israeli life remain untouched by the turmoil created by the current government’s attempt to remove checks on executive power. While the future of the judicial overhaul and the protests it sparked are still unfolding, Israelis and those who care about the future of the country must ask themselves how to rebuild and reshape the nation. To address the many dimensions of social and political reconstruction that lie ahead, the Julis-Rabinowitz Program on Jewish and Israeli Law at HLS is convening a series of conversations with renowned experts from Harvard and beyond.
