New Findings in the Field of Negotiation: Research from the PON Graduate Research Fellows

The Program on Negotiation’s 2025-2026 Graduate Research Fellows will present their research on current topics in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. This session offers an opportunity for three fellows to share and discuss new findings with the negotiation community.

This webinar will explore topics such as the rehumanization of adversaries in high-level peace negotiations, how dispute systems design can be reimagined in a data-driven world, and how the micro-dynamics of conversation shape negotiation processes and outcomes.
