Join us for a conversation with Professor Alexander Reinert, who represented Javaid Iqbal in Ashcroft v. lqbal before the U.S. Supreme Court. Professor Reinert will give broader context to the Islamophobia that runs through this case, the challenges to executive action in response to 9 /11, and the detrimental impact the holding has had on access to justice.
