Lawyering for Youth in Juvenile Court

The Youth Advocacy and Policy Lab (Y-Lab) invites you to a panel discussion on the state of youth advocacy and the role of lawyers in Massachusetts Care & Protection and Child Requiring Assistance cases that address allegations of child abuse and neglect.

The panel will feature First Justice of Middlesex Juvenile Court Gloria Tan, attorneys Rebecca Greening, Clinical Instructor, Harvard Law School Legal Services Center and Jessica Rubin-Wills, Staff Attorney, Children & Family Law Division of Committee for Public Counsel Services, and Jaylynn Conway-Hernandez, Regis College student and young person with lived experience in the youth welfare system.
