Carol, Gary, and Janette will discuss the current water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi and legal strategies to address community impacts, including the NAACP’s 2022 complaint, filed under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act alleging state discrimination in funding for public health and water infrastructure in Jackson.
