Joe is currently the President of Citizens Energy, a diversified renewable energy non-profit dedicated to supporting a just and equitable green energy transition. He is also the founder of Groundwork Project, a political advocacy organization dedicated to supporting local community organizing efforts in regions of the country historically under-resourced and disenfranchised. Most recently, Joe served as U.S. Special Envoy to Northern Ireland for Economic Affairs under the Biden Administration.
