Todd Builione J.D. ’99

In 2023, Todd Builione joined Marshall Wace North America as CEO, partner, member of the Board of Directors, and member of the Partnership Management Committee. Prior to joining Marshall Wace, Todd was a partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and served on KKR’s firm-wide Operating Committee. Over his 10 years at KKR, Todd was Global Head of Private Wealth, President of KKR Credit and Capital Markets and Co-Head of KKR Hedge Funds. Todd also served on KKR’s Distribution Heads Committee, Risk & Operations Committee, and Inclusion & Diversity Council. Todd was also a member of the Board of Directors of FS KKR Capital Corp., a public business development company which trades on the NYSE.

Prior to joining KKR, Todd served as President of Highbridge Capital Management, CEO of Highbridge’s hedge fund business and a member of the investment and risk committees. He began his career at the Goldman Sachs Group, where he was predominantly focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions for financial institutions.

Todd received a B.S., summa cum laude, Merrill Presidential Scholar, from Cornell University and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
