Mathias Strasser LL.M. ’99

Mathias Strasser is the accomplished founder and CEO of WallStreetDocs (WSD) Group, Scissero, and Casperaki. WSD Group is a prominent technology solutions partner for investment banks, which was recently acquired by Bowmark Capital in 2022. Scissero is an innovative “new law” law firm and legal tech provider that focuses on customizing and commercializing large language models for legal applications. Casperaki is an emerging company that specializes in generative AI for music.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mathias worked as a European Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he specialized in U.S. and European capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions. He is a highly sought-after speaker at industry conferences and has earned an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, as well as Mag. Iur. and Dr. Iur. degrees from the University of Vienna.
