Laura Stein is Executive Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mondelēz International, where she oversees the company’s global legal, compliance, and security agendas.

Before joining Mondelēz in January 2021, Laura served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Affairs at The Clorox Company. She led its legal and corporate affairs functions, including compliance, enterprise risk, audit, government affairs, communications, ESG, and community affairs. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the H.J. Heinz Company.

Laura is a director of Canadian National Railway and a former lead independent director of Franklin Resources. Her nonprofit leadership includes board service with the Pro Bono Institute, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, and the CEELI Institute. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession.

Laura earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Dartmouth College.
