Laura Stein is Executive Vice President\, Corporate & Legal Affairs\, General Co unsel and Corporate Secretary of Mondelēz International\, where she oversee s the company’s global legal\, compliance\, and security agendas.
Bef ore joining Mondelēz in January 2021\, Laura served as Executive Vice Presi dent\, General Counsel & Corporate Affairs at The Clorox Company. She led i ts legal and corporate affairs functions\, including compliance\, enterpris e risk\, audit\, government affairs\, communications\, ESG\, and community affairs. Previously\, she served as Senior Vice President and General Couns el at the H.J. Heinz Company.
Laura is a director of Canadian Nationa l Railway and a former lead independent director of Franklin Resources. Her nonprofit leadership includes board service with the Pro Bono Institute\, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity\, and the CEELI Institute. She al so serves on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Center on the Leg al Profession.
Laura earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Dartmouth College.
