Jeff Taylor J.D. ’91

Jeffrey Taylor is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Fox Corporation. He oversees the various practice groups that make up the FOX Legal department, including litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property content protection, compliance, corporate governance, standards and practices, music, distribution, sports, digital and data security, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to FOX, he was Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for General Motors and General Counsel of Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Taylor served as the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Prior to that, he served as Counselor to the Attorney General of the United States, Counsel to the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California. He began his legal career as an associate at Latham and Watkins LLP in San Diego.

Jeff holds a B.A. in history from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
