Glenn Miller J.D. ’92
Glenn Miller is a partner and national co-chair of Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice at Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP. At Katten Muchin, Glenn represents a diverse range of clients, including public and private New York City and national real estate developers, REITs, hotel developers, data center developers, and pension fund and college-endowment-backed capital investors. He advises them on various aspects of tax, tax-exempt bond financing, business law, and regulatory compliance.
Glenn was responsible for creating the first practical syndication of a so-called “80-20” mixed income affordable housing project, a structure now used nationwide. He also created the first successful tax-exempt bond financed “step-in-shoes” condominium to affordable housing conversion project.
