Brent Landau JD ‘01

Brent W. Landau is Global Managing Partner of Hausfeld, where he represents plaintiffs in antitrust and human rights litigation. Among other matters, Brent represented a class of air freight customers that recovered over $1.2 billion in settlements for airline price-fixing and currently serves as co-lead counsel for a proposed class of Sudanese-American refugees who have sued a bank for the financial assistance it provided to Sudan’s genocidal regime in violation of U.S. sanctions. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he teaches Professional Responsibility.

Brent received his law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2001, and his B.A. in History and Philosophy summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998.
