Brad Okun is Global Co-Chair of the Tax Department and advises on the tax aspects of high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate finance transactions. His practice also spans partnership and LLC matters and cross-border investment structuring. He represents sponsors and companies across a wide range of industries, including Apollo Global Management, Rocket Companies, Palladium Equity Partners, and Kohlberg & Company. His work includes acquisitions, take-private transactions, IPOs, debt and equity financings, and strategic commercial agreements.

His matters include transactions ranging from a $250.9 million IPO to a $43 billion merger, including a $6.3 billion acquisition (IGT Gaming and Everi), an $11 billion investment to acquire a 49% interest in an Intel-related joint venture, an $8.1 billion take-private acquisition (Univar Solutions), and a $14.2 billion acquisition (Mr. Cooper Group). He also lectures frequently on corporate taxation topics.
