Andrew Heinrich is Founder and Executive Director of Project Rousseau Inc, a US charity that empowers underserved youth from communities in the highest need from around the world to reach their full potential by providing comprehensive legal services, social services, and educational programming. He serves as Supervising Attorney of Immigration Legal Services at Project Rousseau, which provides full-scope pro-bono immigration legal services to youth and families.
Andrew also serves on the Faculty of Columbia University, with a primary appointment in the School of International and Public Affairs. His teaching and research focus on human rights, refugee issues, and public international law. His work has recently been published in Foreign Affairs, the New England Journal of Medicine, and by Oxford University Press and Johns Hopkins University Press.
