Andrew Heinrich is Founder and Executive Director of Project Rouss eau Inc\, a US charity that empowers underserved youth from communities in the highest need from around the world to reach their full potential by pro viding comprehensive legal services\, social services\, and educational pro gramming. He serves as Supervising Attorney of Immigration Legal Services a t Project Rousseau\, which provides full-scope pro-bono immigration legal s ervices to youth and families.
Andrew also serves on the Faculty of C olumbia University\, with a primary appointment in the School of Internatio nal and Public Affairs. His teaching and research focus on human rights\, r efugee issues\, and public international law. His work has recently been pu blished in Foreign Affairs\, the New England Journal of Medicine\, and by O xford University Press and Johns Hopkins University Press.
