For the HLS community

  • Request a Photographer
    • To hire a photographer or schedule a photoshoot please submit your request through ServiceNow. Unfortunately due to the large volume of preplanned work and new requests, not every request can be accommodated. Note: We advise contacting us as early as possible in your event or project planning process. The best photographers are hard to get at the last minute.
    • The Communications Office maintains a list of freelance photographers. We are available to help you find the best photographer for your needs and as time permits provide planning and management for a photoshoot. Submit your request through ServiceNow.
  • HLS Photo Library

To provide HLS with cost-effective, high-quality imagery of the campus, student life, events, and staff/faculty for use in HLS print and web publications we maintain an ever- expanding digital library of HLS images that goes back to 1985.

Galleries from our photo library containing the most recent HLS images are accessible through the links below. These galleries are easy to use, searchable, and updated regularly. Please note that these galleries are only accessible to members of the HLS community. You must be logged into HLS’s VPN to access them.
