HLS United States Supreme Court Swearing In Ceremony

The 2024 HLS Supreme Court of the United States Swearing In Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, June 13.

To qualify for admission, alumni applicants:

• must have been admitted to practice in the highest Court of a State, Commonwealth, Territory or Possession, or the District of Columbia for at least three years immediately before the date of application
• must not have been the subject of any adverse disciplinary action pronounced or in effect during that three-year period
• must appear to the Court to be of good moral and professional character.

Reunions

Return to campus and make new memories in the place where you launched your life in the law. Reunions are an opportunity to see old friends, create new connections, and learn about the many new programs and initiatives taking place at your alma mater. Harvard Law School holds two class-year reunion celebrations every year:

Spring—In April, we invite those alumni celebrating their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and 30th Reunion.

Fall—In October, we invite all those celebrating their 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th, 55th, 60th, 65th and 70th Reunion.

Harvard Law School Celebrations provide a unique chance for alumni to return to campus and forge meaningful connections with fellow peers who share a common bond. These vibrant events, fueled by dedicated volunteers, offer a rich blend of intellectual programming, captivating speakers, social interactions, and a myriad of other engaging activities.

Harvard Law School Rappaport Forum

Established by the Phyllis & Jerome Lyle Rappaport Foundation in 2020, the series promotes and models rigorous, open, and respectful discussion of vital issues facing our community, our nation, and our world.

The HLS Rappaport Forum is offered as a virtual event opportunity to alumni and this page will be updated with program details as new events in the series are announced.

HLSA Events for Alumni

Throughout the year, the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA), through its many local clubs and special-interest groups (SIGs), hosts several events and programs to bring the HLS community together for networking, discussions on trending topics, thought leadership, and socializing, providing a vital link between Harvard Law School and its alumni.
