Each year, the Office of Clinical and Pro Bono Programs (OCP), in conjunction with the Office of Public Interest Advising (OPIA), coordinates a summer program for undergraduate and law student interns working at HLS offices and clinics over the summer.

The aim of the Summer Speaker Series is to provide a casual and informative forum to explore diverse areas of public interest law, discuss legal issues at the forefront of world events, introduce students to the people behind the ideas and learn about the speaker’s personal journey in the law. By bringing in practitioners and theorists who are experts in their field, we hope that students will broaden their ideas of how law shapes our lives, and how people shape the law.
