Several members of the Harvard Law faculty have recently been recognized for their scholarship and contributions to the field. Among them, Richard Lazarus ’79 and William Alford ’77 were both honored with lifetime achievement awards in their respective research and practice areas of environmental law and East Asian law; Martha Minow was awarded for her contributions in social sciences and technology; and Rosalie Abella, former justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, was appointed Companion of the Order of Canada. In addition, nine faculty including Cass Sunstein and Lucian Bebchuk ranked high on the Social Science Research Network’s latest list of most-cited law faculty. Read more below.
