From Cyberlaw Clinic—The Clinic has submitted an anti-circumvention exemption request on behalf of the Software Preservation Network and a renewal request on behalf of a coalition of medical device patients and researchers for the Copyright Office’s seventh triennial rulemaking proceedings for anti-circumvention exemptions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Massachusetts Considers Digital Right to Repair
