Student Leader Toolkit

The HLS Student Leader Toolkit is a great list of resources and tools to help develop strong leadership skills. The Harvard Law School Library has also compiled a comprehensive Libguide with additional tools for leadership development.

Free AV/Media Services

Official HLS organizations and journals do not have to pay for personal laptop plug-in, projector, sound, and up to two microphones per event if the room is equipped. Email ceeb@law.harvard.edu for more information.

Event Flyer Printing

CEEB will print up to 20 flyers per event for free for officially recognized HLS Student Organizations and Journals. Email an 8.5” x 11”or 11”x 17” PDF to ceeb@law.harvard.edu for printing. The CEEB front desk will reach out to confirm the flyers have been printed and are ready for pickup. Please note, we require 72 hours advanced notice. Pick up posters in the CEEB Office, WCC 3039, Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Google Calendar

Student Organizations and Journals have a shared Google Calendar to document dates and times for events, conferences, and meetings. This calendar is meant to help organizations avoid significant overlap for events and conferences. Email Allison Patenaude to get access to the calendar.

HLS Email Account

Official HLS Student Organizations and Journals may request an HLS email account. Email CEEB to create an account or to reset the password of your organization’s email account. All HLS email accounts must be in the format ___________@mail.law.harvard.edu.

Parking Pass

To get a parking permit for a guest, visit the Daily Visitor Parking Permits Online Purchase System. Sign in as a student. You will want to select the 10 Everett St. parking garage. You will need your guest’s license plate number and state for the permit. Use your org’s HUECU debit card to pay for the permit.

Student Org Workroom

The Student Organization and Journal Workroom is located on the second floor of WCC in 2063. The space is a social and collaborative gathering area for organizations and journals to plan events, conferences, symposia, and more. The space is not meant to be an area reserved for quiet study, but, rather, a space reserved for conversation, building camaraderie, and organization and journal related activities. Official HLS Student Organizations and Journals can reserve this space for meetings, workshops, and events. To reserve this space, email ceeb@law.harvard.edu.
