Yotam will work with high-risk young people ages 17-24 at Roca, a Massachusetts nonprofit that works with high-risk young people. Yotam will receive training in restorative justice techniques, explore the effects of legal decisions on the lives of young people, and gain experience leading policy change. Yotam has previously worked as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Israel. He has also worked as an assistant AG at the Israeli Ministry of Justice and interned at the Israeli Solicitor General’s Office. At Harvard, Yotam served as the LLM representative to the Clinical and Pro-Bono Program Student Advisory Committee and was an editor for the Harvard Human Rights Journal. Yotam received his LLB, magna cum laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law. Yotam worked as a LGBT youth group counselor in the greater Jerusalem area for two years and as an educational tour guide, focusing on social issues, the LGBT community and Hebrew poetry, for over five years.
