Amy Maurer has been awarded a PSVF Fellowship to work at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice in New York City. She will focus on enforcing and expanding the rights of workers in the home healthcare industry through direct representation, policy advocacy, and impact litigation. During her time at HLS, Amy participated in the Employment Law Clinic and the Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic. She was on the board of the Harvard Law Student Alliance for Reproductive Justice, the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, and the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. During her law school summers, Amy worked at Equal Right Advocates, focusing on expanding the educational and economic rights and opportunities of women and girls, and Hausfeld, focusing on plaintiffs’ side antitrust and consumer protection litigation. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
