Lucy Cui

Admissions Officer

Lucy Cui is an Admissions Officer at Harvard Law School. Lucy graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in biology and cinema and media studies. At HLS, Lucy participates in recruitment work, reviews applications, interviews candidates and plans events. Outside of work you can find Lucy at art exhibitions, playing music, or simply staring at a cute dog that’s walking across the street.

Patty Griffith

Admissions Assistant

Patricia Griffith is an Admissions Assistant at Harvard Law School. Patty holds a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Relations. Prior to joining HLS, she worked at a private school for students with complex learning profiles. Patty’s primary role at HLS consists of processing applications and completing related tasks during the admissions cycle, along with coordinating recruitment travel logistics. In her free time, she enjoys visiting with family and friends, attending Broadway musicals, and reading or listening to audiobooks.

Lucas Harty

Associate Director of Admissions

Lucas Harty is an Associate Director of Admissions at Harvard Law School. He graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in economics before earning his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. At HLS, Lucas participates in recruitment travel, reviews applications, interviews candidates, sits on the admissions committee, and oversees the marketing efforts of the J.D. Admissions Office. Outside of work, Lucas volunteers as a College Guidance Manager with Minds Matter Boston and enjoys hiking in New Hampshire, playing tennis, and reading nonfiction and novels.

Kristi Jobson

Assistant Dean for Admissions

Kristi Jobson is the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Chief Admissions Officer. Kristi graduated from Harvard College and taught in New York City as a Teach For America corps member. As a student at HLS, Kristi participated in the Board of Student Advisers, the Women’s Law Association, and the Parody musical. She also led the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender as co-Editor-in-Chief. After clerking for judges in the Boston area, Kristi joined Ropes & Gray as a litigation associate. Of all the many things she enjoys about her current role, Kristi most values the ability to stay connected with students during their years in law school. In 2021, the Women’s Law Association honored Kristi with an award for exceptional support for students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Class of 2022 selected her for the Suzanne L. Richardson Staff Appreciation Award at graduation.

 

Courtney McMann

Associate Director of Admissions

Courtney McMann is an Associate Director of Admissions at Harvard Law School. Prior to joining the J.D. Admissions team in 2015, she earned her degree in psychology from Boston College. Over the years she has been involved in many aspects of the admissions process and its operations. In her current role, Courtney helps to oversee the selection process in addition to reviewing applications, interviewing, and sitting on the admissions committee. She also serves on the Board of First Year Advisers at Harvard College. When she’s not working, Courtney enjoys spending any time she can exploring coastal New England with her very cute dog, Bailey.

Anhar Mulla

Admissions Coordinator

Anhar Mulla is the Admissions Coordinator in the J.D. Admissions Office. Her primary responsibility is managing the front office and supporting admissions officers throughout the application cycle. Anhar was born in Kenya where she lived until she came to the US to attend Wellesley College, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science. She holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a master’s degree in management from Lesley University.  Her diverse professional experience includes practicing as an attorney in Kenya and the US and managing the tutoring and academic coaching services for many years at Lesley University.  Outside of work, Anhar volunteers her time as Trustee of her condominium and as a Board Member of the Wellesley College Student Aid Society.  She also loves cooking for her friends.

Cindy Pariseau

Staff Assistant

Cindy Pariseau is the Senior Staff Assistant. She has been a member of the J.D. Admissions Office for 35 years. In her senior role, Cindy processes thousands of applications received each cycle. In total, she has processed over 87,000 applications during her tenure at HLS. Cindy additionally handles accounts payable and the financial operations of the admissions office. In her previous years at HLS, she assisted the Program of Instruction for Lawyers (currently known as the Harvard Negotiation Institute). During her spare time, Cindy enjoys interior design, hosting family reunions, wearing colorful clothing, and achieving the perfect tan.

Sam Parker

Associate Director of Admissions

Sam Parker is an Associate Director of Admissions at Harvard Law School. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and geography before earning her master’s degree in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. At HLS, Sam reviews applications, interviews candidates, sits on the admissions committee, oversees the Junior Deferral Program, and manages all recruitment and admitted students events for the J.D. Admissions Office. In her free time, Sam enjoys cooking, getting outside to hike, ski, and camp, and trying new restaurants in the Greater Boston area.

Mark Richter

Admissions Officer

Mark Richter is an Admissions Officer at Harvard Law School. At HLS, Mark works on planning and executing virtual and in-person events in addition to reviewing applications. Mark graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Africana Studies. Prior to HLS, Mark worked in various roles in undergraduate admissions and college counseling. In addition to his varied work experiences, Mark completed a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Rheinbach, Germany, and earned his Master’s Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In his free time, Mark enjoys watching and playing sports (soccer, basketball, golf), listening to Bad Bunny, and spending time on the coast of Maine with his family and friends

Pamela Toscano

Admissions Officer

Pamela Toscano is an Admissions Officer at Harvard Law School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Tufts University and is pursuing a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. At HLS, Pamela reviews applications, interviews candidates, and participates in recruitment travel. She also serves on the Transfer Admissions committee. Outside of work, you can find Pamela designing jewelry, exploring thrift stores, and going on fun outings with friends and family.
