To report a non-urgent service request:

  • Call the Facilities Management Office at 617-495-5521. If you are calling outside normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, follow the prompts.
  • Visit the office in person in room four Holmes Hall.
  • Email the office at facmgmt@law.harvard.edu. Please note emails are only monitored from 9am to 5pm Mondays through Fridays. Emails are not monitored over the weekends and on Harvard University holidays.

To report an immediate emergency request:

  • Call the Facilities Management Office at 617-495-5521. If you are calling outside normal business hours follow the prompts.
  • DO NOT SEND AN E-MAIL. Emails (including those marked as “urgent”) are not monitored outside of business hours. Be sure you are specific with your emergency request being able to provide the location and area/room number you are referring to.

Maintenance Requests

Throughout the academic year, Facilities Management may need to make improvements to fixtures, appliances, building controls, etc for the purposes of energy conservation. Changes may include, but are not limited to, improvements to showerheads, plumbing, lighting, thermostats, and thermostat instructions. Should these projects take place, residents will be informed in advance of changes, and an effort will be made to minimize disruption.
