After graduating from HLS in 1997, Brandon started as an associate at Willkie Farr and Gallagher. Wanting to shift his career to finance, in 2002, he started working at D.E. Shaw & Co., focusing on distressed investing in complex private illiquids. In 2010, he joined Fortress Investment Group as a partner in the corporate securities group, focusing on litigation finance, distressed debt, and special situations. Brandon left Fortress to launch Contingency Capital in 2020. Contingency employs a credit-oriented approach to investing in legal assets. Click to register. -
