    Jade Newburn serves as the Head of Transactions and Managing Director for U.S. Real Estate at The Carlyle Group. Since joining Carlyle in 2020, Jade has led the strategy and implementation of transactions, overseen disputes and litigation, managed risk, and spearheaded various high-priority initiatives. Before Carlyle, Jade was a Partner at Mayer Brown LLP, where, as partner, he led the U.S. Real Estate practice in the Chicago office from 2004 to 2020.
