How to find out about school closings and contact information
The school will remain open unless you receive communications to the contrary. In the event of any decision to close – fully or partially – or to open late, we expect to communicate in the following ways.
- An email will be sent to all students, faculty and staff to inform the community of any closing or delay decisions that have been made.
- In an emergency, we will use the emergency alert system – MessageMe – to contact the community by text message, phone call and email. Please update the contact preferences in your MessageMe profile.
- The Law School will post advisories to this website, and also to Twitter and Facebook.
- We will post recorded messages and updates to the HLS “Snow Phone” telephone line, 617-496-SNOW (i.e., 496-7669).
