W. Kip Viscusi (b. 1949) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1995 to 2006. He was John M. Olin Visiting Professor of Law, Economics, and Business 1995-1996; and John F. Cogan, Jr. Professor of Law and Economics 1996-2006.
Research: Law and economics, tort liability, antitrust, analytical methods for lawyers, scientific evidence, risk and uncertainty in health and safety.
