Victor Brudney (1917-2016) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1970 to 2002. He was a Visiting Professor of Law 1970-1971; Professor of Law 1971-1976; Weld Professor of Law 1976-1988; and an Emeritus professor 1988-2016.

Research: Corporations, corporate finance, securities regulation, constitutional law.
