Stephen E. Shay served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 2002 to 2020. He was a Lecturer on Law 2002-2009 and 2015-2020 (with breaks); and Professor of Practice 2011-2015.  

Research: Taxation, international taxation, tax policy.
