Richard Reeve Baxter (1921-1980) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1954 to 1980. He was a Research Associate in Law 1954-1956; Lecturer on Law 1955-1956; Assistant Professor of Law 1956-1959; Professor of Law 1959-1976; and Manley Hudson Professor of Law 1976-1980. He served as Special Assistant to the Dean of the International Studies Program 1979-1980.
Research: International humanitarian law, regulation of marine resources.
