Phillip R. Malone served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 2004 to 2013. He was Clinical Co-Director and Senior Fellow, Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society 2004-2005; Director, Cyberlaw Clinic and Lecturer on Law 2005-2008; and Clinical Professor of Law 2008-2013. 

Research: Cyber law, online speech and privacy, electronic discovery and technology in litigation, computer forensics and digital evidence, new media, antitrust.
