David Westfall (1927-2005) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1955 to 2005. He was an Assistant Professor of Law 1955-1958; Professor of Law 1958-1980; John H. Watson, Jr. Professor of Law 1980-1983; John L. Gray Professor of Law 1983-2005; and Carl. F. Schipper, Jr. Professor of Law 1996-2005.
