David A. Charny (1955-2000) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1984 to 2000. He was an Assistant Professor of Law 1984-1990; Professor of Law 1990-1999; and David Berg Professor of Law 1999-2000.
Research: Employment law, corporate law, health care regulation, contracts, legal theory, public choice, decision-making.
