Arthur Eugene Sutherland (1902-1973) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1950 to 1973. He was a Professor of Law 1950-1955; Bussey Professor of Law 1955-1970; and an Emeritus professor 1970-1973.  

Research: Constitutional law, commercial law.
