Andrew James Casner (1907-1990) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1938 to 1976. He was a Visiting Lecturer 1938-1939; Assistant Professor of Law 1939-1940; Professor of Law 1940-1958; Weld Professor of Law 1958-1976; Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law 1961-1967; and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law 1967-1968. He served as Director, Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers 1953-1976.
