What System Do I Use?
Login to Harvard Financial Applications Menu: B2P (Buy-to-Pay), Concur and HART
- B2P is used to process invoices, submit non-employee reimbursements and submit WB Mason orders
- Concur is used to submit monthly pcard statements, corporate card payments and employee reimbursements
- HART (Harvard Analytics and Reporting Tool) is used to run many different types of reports including Transactions Listings which are used to ask that journal entries be completed on behalf of your department.
