Sergio J. Campos is Professor of Law at the University of Miami School of Law and a visiting professor at Harvard for the Fall 2022. Prior to joining the Miami faculty, he was Charles Hamilton Houston Fellow at Harvard Law School and practiced commercial litigation in Boston, MA. He also served as law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Professor Campos received his JD from Yale Law School, where he was a Notes Editor for the Yale Law Journal. He received his AB from Harvard College. His research interests include civil procedure, federal courts, and remedies.
