Sarah K. Eddy

Sarah K. Eddy is a partner in the Litigation Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She spent over a decade at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where she tried 11 cases to verdict, was Co-Chief of the Money Laundering and Asset Forfeiture Unit, and served as Chief of Appeals for the Criminal Division.
Early in her career, Sarah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Honorable John M. Walker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Justice John Paul Stevens of the United States Supreme Court.
