Nina M. Gayleard

Nina M. Gayleard is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and a law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Her scholarly interests revolve around health law, life sciences enforcement, the False Claims Act, and federal courts.
Previously, Nina was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP. Her practice focused on False Claims Act litigation and enforcement, drug and medical device regulatory matters, and other complex litigation. Nina received her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she was a member of the Harvard Law Review.
