Corinne Blalock is an Academic Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. Prior to coming to Harvard, Corinne served as the Executive Director of the Law & Political Economy Project, as well as an Associate Research Scholar and Lecturer at Yale Law School, from 2019 to 2025. Before that she was a fellow at the Center for Race, Law, and Politics at Duke Law School while completing her PhD. Her scholarship focuses on questions of constitutional law, local government law, and legal theory. In addition to her scholarly work, Corinne is one of the Directors of the New York City Policy Forum, a new research and publishing network dedicated to governance in New York City. Corinne holds a JD and a PhD in critical theory from Duke University and clerked for Judge Anthony Scirica on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
