The Facilities Management Office accepts work requests by telephone, email, or walk-in. When contacting the Facilities Management Office about a work request, please remember to provide as much information as possible. All requests are entered, dispatched, and tracked.

If you have a Harvard University email address you will receive email notifications throughout the process, updating you on the status of your work request.
