WE Connect Conversation Series | Microaggressions

During this session we will discuss microaggressions and how to address them at work. Microaggressions can be based on any aspect of a marginalized person’s identity (for example, sexuality, religion, or gender). Individual microaggressions may not be devastating to the person experiencing them; however, their cumulative effects over time can be large.

​HLS Human Resources and the Tell Me Your Story podcast invite you to join our conversation series at HLS, designed to engage staff on relevant topics related to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB).  In the spirit of community, learning, and understanding, these talks are intended to be casual and interactive, allowing staff to share their thoughts and life experiences. We will use community norms to create an inclusive and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing.
