Veterans Law as Poverty Law: Perspectives from the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School

Please join the Veterans Law and Disability Benefits Clinic on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 for a lunch-time conversation about Veterans Law as Poverty Law.  The conversation will provide a forum to consider what constitutes veterans law, how advocates can use various lawyering tools to help veterans facing financial distress and other forms of distress, and what kinds of lawyering and learning opportunities are available to students in the Veterans Law and Disability Benefits Clinic.  Former and current Clinics will be in attendance to answer questions about their experiences in the Clinic and to provide information to students who may be considering registering for clinics in future semesters.  The conversation will take place on October 31^st from 12:30-1:15pm in WCC 3011.  Lunch will be provided.
