Trauma Informed Responses for People Experiencing Harm

As a confidential part of the Office for Gender Equity, the SHARE team offers a range of services to all members of the Harvard community who have experienced harm or are supporting someone else impacted by sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, abusive relationships, or discrimination around gender identity or sexual orientation.
HLS HR invites you to join the SHARE team for a lunch and learn workshop. This space will be an active, collaborative, creative space where participants will work together to identify:
1) What are the ways we notice the impact of power based interpersonal violence on our students and in our communities?
2) What are the elements of trauma-informed practice that we can be using to support survivors in our community?
3) Within your sphere of influence, what are ways you could brainstorm shifts in structures to make space for more trauma-informed practice in the community culture of HLS?
