Please join us for a talk with Professor Aileen Kavanagh, Chair of Constitutional Governance, Trinity College Dublin, and Director of TriCON – the Trinity Centre for Constitutional Governance. Formerly Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Oxford, she has written widely in the fields of constitutional theory, comparative constitutional law and human rights. Her most recent book, The Collaborative Constitution, was published by Cambridge University Press in 2023. (The book’s Introduction is available here.)
